Conference Registration Fees (Conference will now take place ONLINE only) 

SACAIR2021 will be held online only – as per the letter distributed on Monday, 29 November 2021.

SACAIR is a non-profit organisation and the decision to host an only online conference will result in significant financial losses for the organisation. We will be in a position to refund 40% of conference fees to those participants who:
1) Have paid to attend the conference on-site,
2) Did not receive student support.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

SACAIR2021: Local Organising Committee

The virtual fee is 60% of the onsite fee.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to jswanepoel@mongoose.co.za. Cancellations will only be valid if recipients are in possession of an acknowledgement of receipt from the conference accounts department. Please resend your notice of cancellation if you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.

 Refund of fees will be as follows

  • Cancellation before 5 November 2021 – 100% refund (less 10% handling fee).
  • Cancellation before or on 19 November 2021 – 50% refund.
  • No refunds after 19 November 2021.
  • Substitutions can only be made by informing the conference accounts department before the start of the conference.
  • Please note all refunds will be paid in the week following the conference.
